1. Terms of Service
By using TickQuick, you agree to the following terms:
- TickQuick provides draft marking and AI-generated feedback for educational use only.
- All uploaded assessment files must be in PDF format, one file per student, up to 30 student files per job.
- Each student file must be under 10MB. Larger files may fail to process correctly.
- Only one separate rubric file should be uploaded. This must also be in PDF format.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of any content you upload.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. TickQuick does not retain student data after processing. By using this service, you agree to:
- Not upload sensitive or identifying student information (e.g., full names, addresses).
- Allow our system to temporarily access your uploaded files to generate draft feedback.
- Agree that no files or user data will be used for training AI models.
3. Refund Policy
TickQuick operates a simple and fair refund process:
- If handwriting recognition fails on more than 50% of a job (due to poor scans, heavy visuals, or unreadable text), you may be eligible for a refund.
- A $5 processing fee applies to all refunds to cover platform costs.
- Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your job.
- Email your request to support@tickquick.au.
4. General Terms
- You remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated feedback before issuing final grades.
- All results should be considered draft and checked using your professional judgement.
- Misuse of the platform (including abuse of refunds) may result in account restriction or termination.
5. Agreement
By using this site, submitting a payment, or uploading assessment files, you acknowledge that you:
- Understand and agree to the above terms.
- Take full responsibility for uploaded content and final marking decisions.
